Plan an exciting day out centered at this historic corner of Kent countryside. Come to Grove Ferry and enjoy a trip on the river from The Grove Ferry Inn. Explore the nature reserve at Stodmarsh a favourite for walkers, cyclists and fishermen. Follow the trails The Stour Valley Walk and The Saxon Shore Way past marsh reeds and lakes where you can see the numerous birds and animals who find a living along the river banks. Sailings are available throughout the Summer commencing May 8th, please check direct for last sailing date. Sailings start 12 noon Thursday to Sunday and everyday during the school holidays (weather and circumstances permitting).

Road Directions
From Ashford follow the A28 towards Canterbury. Turn right at Island Road and follow Grove Ferry Hill, The Grove Ferry Inn is on the left.
Public Transport Directions
Trains run hourly between Ashford International station and Canterbury West station.
