How to book your accommodation

There are 3 ways to book accommodation:

1. Book online - just click 'Book Online' under your chosen accommodation and follow the step by step instructions.
2. Contact one of the Heart of Kent Tourist Information Centres - most offer a personalised Accommodation Booking Service' by making a booking on your behalf in return for a small fee (usually £3). Available at: Ashford, Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Swanley centres only.
3. Book direct - full contact details of each establishment are provided.

Quality standards

For your convenience and peace of mind, all accommodation listed on this website has been inspected and awarded a star rating by either Quality in Tourism (VisitBritain) or by the AA. In a few cases, an establishment is shown as 'Awaiting Grading'. This means that the establishment is new to the grading scheme and is awaiting inspection and notification of its star rating.
